To make a reservation at Casa da Rita, you must provide your identification and contact details.

The guest authorizes Casa da Rita to process their personal data exclusively for the purpose of providing accommodation services. To ensure safety and efficiency in managing bookings and check-ins, we use Talkguest hospitality management software, which operates in strict compliance with GDPR regulations.

Casa da Rita respects your privacy, protecting your personal data and not providing it to third parties for marketing purposes. The data collected is only shared in the following strictly necessary exceptions:

• Legal Obligations: Mandatory communication of identification data to the competent Portuguese authorities (Accommodation Bulletin) and to the Tax Authority for invoicing.

• Management Platforms: Internal processing of bookings via Talkguest platform.

Regarding our website, as it is hosted on Google Sites, we use only the standard technical and statistical cookies provided by Google to ensure the correct functioning of the page and to improve your browsing experience.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the guest may exercise their rights of access, rectification, or erasure (when applicable outside the scope of legal conservation) via email: casadarita.porto@gmail.com.
